05 August 2011 - As part of our commitment to keep in touch with the community and also ensuring that issues affecting our communities are addressed, the Emfuleni Local Municipality will be launching its 100 days plan of action. The Plan is also aimed at ensuring that the political leadership is measured on performance of the Municipality on a quarterly basis.

Launching the programme, the Executive Mayor of Emfuleni Local Municipality Cllr Greta Hlongwane will make announcements on projects that are related to provision of water and sanitation, roads and storm water, “Operation Khanyisa”, local economic development, public safety, health and social services and others.
